Title: An example of low vulnerability, resilience and main adaptability of people in need. In fact, we are integrated 5 Session themes in the General theme above.

An example: Toumania Falls. Far from 46 Km of Kedougou / Senegal, it is located at 12°27 N and 11°59 W with 5 to 10 meters feet. It has high velocity particularly in July and December. Even if this velocity is low at January and February its two rivers Khonikhonya and Wassaya could permit to have new kinds of fish able to provide for people of villages near river and food production (Aquaculture) near Konsi River in the heart of Fongolimbi area, this river is at to 2 meters feet. With high velocity at June and September Experts of WLD 2000 Group plane to build Hydroelectric Central with HK Firm we could have 2 MW power. Advantage would be to have autonomy towards Thermal Central with represented and use 76 % of imported fuel by Senegal.

Another way to face new paradigms in a changing world. The third river been in the first triangle of the Star river system in this eathern mineral area of Senegal  is Ségou Falls located from 34 Km of Kédougou. The mineral town of Senegal, this fall is 30 to 40 meters feet, has low velocity in March and June and high velocity July and December. WLD 2000 Group has here Green City Plan, which will be, Ségou City Rivers with miradors and ecological architecture for new people of borders area forth path of this Rivers Systems economic in build, Dimboli Falls, 20 to 30 meters feet an average velocity in January. This river is 26 Km far from Kédougou the main eathern city of Senegal. Here WLD 2000 Group has a Project of Green Hospital for developing Local Knowledge’s in health.

Finally the pathway to Sustainability is at 12°24 N and 12°27 W, with 30 to 40  feet this fall is far from 35 Km of Kédougou and is the last point of the City Star Rivers of eathern Senegal.
