Which durable solutions for the emigration of the sub-Saharan younger generations

African and World Civil Society's Actor, implied in the reflexions on the DD/CES (Sustainable development & sustained economic growth), we are concerning much the situation of our young brothers in the Spanish coasts. In more of that, we passed a great part of our youth in these coasts senegalo-mauritano-spanish.
On this, I will point out t1- To establish an ethical commercial sexual exploitation of children
06 fundamental principles of the Project “Code of conduct” launched in 1998 by ECPAT (End Child Prostitution, Child Pornography and Trafficking in children for sexual Purposes) Sweden in collaboration with the UNWTO and a Group of turn Scandinavian operators :
1- To establish an ethical commercial sexual exploitation of children
2- To train the personnel in the country of origin and travel destinations
3- To introduce a clause in contracts with suppliers, stating a common repudiation of commercial sexual exploitation of children
4- To provide information to travellers by means of catalogues, brochures, in-fliths films, ticket-slips, home pages, etc.
5- To provide information to local ,,key person” at the destinations
6- To report annually

These principles could be popularized much to solve the precariousness of the African younger generations. The industry of tourism is not yet well invested by Africans (Institutions, Private Sector, Civil Society). In the countries like Canada, the United States of America, New Zealand and Australia, immigration is an important source of demographic growth. But, it is used in the direction of General Skilled Migration Program. My friends Australian succeeded in this field through the STCRC (Sustainable Tourism Cooperation Reseach Centre Program). STCRC is estabblished under the Australian Government. Particularly, the central Banks in West Africa which must revisit the successful example of the Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) in the establishment of the standards of regulation for the various actors (APRA = Australian Prudential Regulation Authority since 1997).
